Appareil photo

Cords again and again !
My fad for tidying everything up is going on and this time it tackles all the equipment that is necessary to recharge the batteries of cameras.

My goal was to recycle old pieces of fabric and lace as much as possible.
Mission accomplished with a pattern found on the Internet. The fabric pattern is not really in keeping with the theme of photography, but after all a camera is implicitly an integral part of a visit to Paris!

The pocket is even large enough to host the big user guide of my camera which is so sophisticated that I don't use a hundredth of its capacities!

  6. Oh, I like it! So nice and clever, and with a real French mood. The best thing for summer vacations. By the way, will go somewhere?

    1. Thank you, Szvetlana! Unfortunately, I think the camera will stay in its pouch next summer as I am not very likely to go on vacation. In fact, I am currently buying a new house and the removal will take place in July, so the next holiday will be spent among cardboard boxes! But never mind, I am so happy because I will at last have a little garden that I miss so much in my flat! I will take photos of my new home as a compensation! I wish you a nice evening!

    1. Thank you, Tatyana! This little camera is a "Brownie". In fact it was my father's camera, he had bought it in the late 1960s or very early 1970s. He took the pictures of me as a little girl with it. Despite its square shape and also the square shape of the photos it used to make, it was not a polaroid, the pictures had to be developed by a photographer. My father later bought a kind of polaroid, not the real one that was a bit expensive at the time, but the pictures were then less beautiful that the ones made with the little Brownie. I love these old objects (even if they end up taking a lot of place at home!). I wish you a nice evening! Sandrine

  13. A minta, a táska nagyon tetszik!
Én sem használom a fényképezőgép sok sok funkcióját.
Apa 1960-as gépe? Wháoh! Lesz helye az új házban. Sok örömet benne!. Csinálj sok sok képet róla.

    1. Thank you, Beáta! Yes, I remember that your daughter is in France, in Lyon! A visit to Paris is always fascinating but also very tiring, you walk a lot and end up the day absolutely exhausted! Notre-Dame is so beautiful and the view from the top is unforgettable. The new house is not a palace but I think I will feel fine in it, it is rather old (from the 1930s) and that's what I like! I will post photos as soon as it is mine! I wish you a nice evening! Sandrine

  18. Thank you, Natali! It is convenient and almost too much work to be stored in a drawer, but the goal was to tidy up all the cords so I must resign myself to keep it hidden! Have a nice weekend! Sandrine
