La vie en rose...

Nous voici déjà samedi et il est temps de revenir au Pink Saturday de Beverly. Cette fois-ci, je vous montre le rose d’une jolie petite théière qui s’imbrique dans la tasse, le tout posé sur la soucoupe assortie. Pour l’accompagner, deux religieuses d’après des modèles de Véronique Enginger que j’aimerais bien voir se transformer en vrais gâteaux pour accompagner le thé.  

Today is already Saturday and it’s time to come back to Beverly’s Pink Saturday. This time I want to show you a pretty little teapot that fits into the assorted cup and saucer. It stands between two iced cream puffs from patterns by Veronique Enginger. I wish they could turn into real ones to be served with tea this afternoon! 

Restons dans le rose avec les fleurs de mon cognassier du Japon dont la floraison est spectaculaire et fait le régal des insectes butineurs, 

Let’s continue with the pink of my japonica the blossoming of which is spectacular and a real treat for pollen-gathering insects ...

Je termine par un aperçu de mon nouveau projet (eh oui, un de plus !) qui m’a été inspiré par Karine après une visite sur son  blog qui mentionnait les PetitsCarrés de Lin Pulsion. J’ai trouvé ce projet tellement raffiné que je me suis lancée le weekend dernier en essayant de rattraper les 35 carrés dont les modèles sont parus sur le blog au fur et à mesure des semaines.  Je doute d’être à jour au moment où paraîtra le dernier carré, mais ça ne fait rien.  

I will end up with my new project (yes another one, as if I didn’t have enough in the pipeline!) inspired by Karine after a visit on her blog where she was referring to Les Petits Carrés by Lin Pulsion. I found this project so refined that I couldn’t resist starting it last weekend trying to catch up with the 35 square patterns that have already been posted weekly. I don’t think I will be ready with number 47 when the following and last one is released, but it doesn’t matter.
